The inspiring idea for GWC concept was taking from the personal needs during travelled to many places in the world for the last 20 years, challenging with time, difference schedules and lack of information in the foreign land has been always difficult or not enjoyed the meal. With a great opportunity of having the best location in the center of Siem Reap Town is resolving those issues. The realization of GWC ‘s vision is elegantly standing on the side of popular pedestrians and opened its door to welcome the value customer from early morning to late night. Grill Wine Café is a one- stop-dining venue, which is offering the Restaurant, Bar & Café. The classic design with cozy ambiance indoor with fully air-conditioning and the relaxing atmosphere outdoor terrace is for sure the great place to be. On top of the fantastic concept and classic design, the delectable foods and drinks have been well created, particularly the very well-known Amok sausage, Curry spice sausage and Khmer spice sausage are the result of two great man, the German Master Butcher and the Cambodia Great Chef.
